He graduated from it in 1973 and worked for two years in Gurvanbulag school in Bulgan aimag and for five years he worked as an education inspector in the aimag center. From 1981 he has been the director and the headmaster of the Hishig Öndör school, after being assigned of the MPRP. Then in 1989 he was appointed the director of the so-called Training Method Center, the present Education Department. In 1994 the school of Hishig Öndör was renamed after Gaadamba, and he submitted his own request to work as a director of this school and he went to work there. He is still the director of this school.

The school is the best according to the indicators for Mongolian language and English teaching. Besides that there are two merited teachers and 64% of the schoolchildren who have taken the competitive university entrance examinations enter the state-owned higher education institutions.

He proudly said that the parents were satisfied with the school teaching and the teachers’ activities. Intending to immortalize the fame and honor of Gaadamba bagsh the Mongolian language Olympics, named after him, are organized every year. The teachers and students from the sums of Övörhangai, Arhangai, Hövsgöl and from all secondary schools of Bulgan aimag come to take part. The Mongolian language teachers of the Ulaanbaatar University, the Teacher’s University and the State University come and set the test materials. They also organize large Olympics where schoolchildren of elementary classes, the ninth, and eleventh grade students and the elementary and secondary school teachers take part. He is being proud of Gaadamba bagsh.

Dashzeveg also talked about how children were taught to labor in the socialist time, how they became independent and how much he worked in the field of developing children. He said the content and the form of such activity have been changed today.

He talked about the work attitude of the people of the socialist period, and since the 1990s people’s attitude towards work has changed immensely. Due to lack of a personnel policy, unemployment has increased in the countryside. He criticized quite a bit the fact that people now prefer the part interest over other factors.
