Summary of Interview 081210B with Oidov
Oidov was so proud of his job, achievement and awards. He said that he wanted to establish a ger museum for his awards and documents of the conferences and meeting’s he participated in. Oidov said “In the socialist period, who worked was encouraged very well. It was not like the present time when whether you do or not is not certain, the job is rare. Who works well, that one used to be promoted well. It made good working condition in return”. To conclude his speech, after the democracy the working condition is changed rather than people’s attitude to work. The reason is that big or small companies were established after property privatization and they hired their relatives in order to support their living, rather than the specialized skillful personnel. Consequently the crises occurred. Moreover, there was not a system to encourage people and it differed from the period of socialism, the labor value was decreased. These all influenced people.
