Summary of Interview 090212B with Doomoi
In the beginning of the interview he mentioned briefly democracy and he thought that the recent slandering and condemnation of the government was an obstacle to the development and the well being of the nation.
Recently we observe the people coming from abroad and taking away the Mongolian wealth. He thinks the 500000 tögrögs given to the new families is a needless waste. He criticized the present-day authorities for being irresponsible, coveting money, and telling lies, in comparison to the socialist authorities. He compared the city life of the socialist period with the present day situation and now Ulaanbaatar has become full of smoke with poor city planning and full of pollution in the environment.
At the end of the interview he mentioned the socialist period children were well disciplined and he criticized the present-day children’s upbringing, and the education system. He briefly talked about funeral rituals.
