He spoke of democracy, what he thought personally about it, what positive impact, freedom and group had come from its victory. In fact, there should be an evaluation of the intellectual labor, if you want to improve democracy. The salary of the skilled and highly educated people should differ from the salary of those who can’t do anything. With introduction of statistical computing the Mongolian statistics became very good. In 1980s the weather computers were introduced. They had foreign relations only with the Soviet Union. It was prohibited even to talk about America not to mention visiting it.
