She was born on May 25, 1943, in Tes sum of Uvs aimag. She has graduated secondary school and an Institute in the Soviet Union having been trained as an engraver of nonferrous metal. She is one of the first and best specialists of the nation.
She came to Ulaanbaatar from the borderland and went to the 15th secondary school. Then she moved to Nalaih which is 30-40 km from Ulaanbaatar and attended the 5th grade of the 9th secondary school. In the 1950s the industrialization process started and education and culture started to be run properly. The wife of the Russian darga of the mine taught Russian, and it was very interesting for her therefore she quickly learned the language. In 1955-1956 the children were selected by their schooling and discipline results and they started to be sent abroad especially to Russia. She was one of them and she is one of the first people who acquired training as an engraver nonferrous metal.
There was a time when the Central Committee assigned the personnel to the ministries and the departments. The creation of the small artelis and the big leather and hide factories was the foundation of the industrialization of Mongolia laid by the industrial cooperatives, she feels. She worked for nine years in the arteli of craftsmen and has been carving in a beautiful way producing state souvenirs and gifts and making them the face of the state. She went once again to Moscow to study this specific vocation at the Institute. After graduation the Ministry of Finance offered her a position but she went to the Public Service ministry to work as a specialist and then the deputy darga of the department.
