Chuluunbat, who worked as a pediatrician for over sixty years is a living encyclopedia on the origin, development of the medicine and the children’s medical treatment. Though he is retired now, people know about him as a good pediatrician. Whenever they have a sick child, they invite him to have him examine the child and get advice from him. The spouse of the ex-Party and state leader Yu.Tsedenbal, Filatova-Tsedenbal took notice of him and she evaluated him. He has been working as a general physician at the international children’s ‘Friendship’ camp for many years also being in charge of the camp’s hygiene. The children’s camp was built in the socialist period. It was an honor to work together with Filatova ahaitan (a respectful title for a lady) who esteemed responsibility. It wasn’t so easy to develop the Friendship camp at that time. Filatova-Tsedenbal has done great deal of development for the children of Mongolia using her own authority. We shouldn’t forget what she has done. Even her statue should be erected in the camp to immortalize her image, said doctor Chuluunbat. He talked about this in his interview.
