A former zoo-technician of the veterinary hospital of Hishig-Öndör sum of Bulgan aimag.
In the second part of her interview she talked extensively about the cultural campaigns that made the Mongolian people literate and the significance of the cultural campaigns. There were no unemployed people in the socialist period but today, if not at the decision-making level, then at the medium and bottom levels women can lead their own lives and work. In the countryside the men cannot find any other work than tending livestock, even if they wish to do something.
She talked about the funeral rituals of the dead and she thinks the cremation practiced in recent years might be the right thing.
There are many changes in the environment and weather, the rivers dry up and the growth of the plants and flowers has deteriorated. She expressed her worry that due to human activities the natural world has faded.
She talked a little about the friendly cooperation with the fraternal Soviet Union in the socialist period, and in 1979 when the relations between Vietnam and China deteriorated, a military unit from a Siberian district was stationed in Orhon. It was a very large division. The military unit traveled as a whole column, and they built a dam greatly damaging the environment. They also caused a lot of fires. Mongolians like Russian people. The Russians looked sympathetic. She also told an interesting story about the President of Chechnya Maskhadov who was killed. He used to serve in the Russian military in Red Orhon, as a colonel.
