Summary of Interview 090740B with Pülee
The privatization in Saihan soum was carried out well and the livestock he acquired by the privatization have grown well and he is living a good life. He recalled his work at the collective. He lost the livestock in a storm while tending the collective livestock and he was badly indebted. With the assistance of the people of his homeland (nutag) he paid the debt and he wasn’t punished. He didn’t steal money in order to raise his ten children but he has been doing all the work that he was able to in order to ‘earn more money’.
He said he had realized that any person would live a pleasant life in any kind of government if he worked well. If he worked badly, he wouldn’t be able to live in any kind of government.
