Bosoo was born in Sharga sum, Govi-Altai aimag, the former Zasagt Han aimag in the hoshuu of a man named Sujigt Beis Tseren Shagdarjav. In 1945-1947 he completed the medical vocational school. He had served in the army, fighting for Mongolia's freedom in the eighth generation.


He had been taught to use modern medicine and the traditional folk methods of healing in combination. He talked in detail about the teachers who had taught him the folk healing methods and the sutras he had read. He talked about the clash that took place on the western border and that he had been treating the wounded soldiers, no matter which side they were on.


He also talked about the internal military organization, the difference between the new and old soldiers and military discipline.
