Uzben guai’s background is that of a worker and a herder and through his labor, enthusiasm and activity he has successfully carried out his official positions until today.
During privatization there were many opportunities for Uzben guai but the legislation and the resolutions of that time were uncertain and he had little interest, therefore he didn’t obtain anything through privatization.
As a person who worked in the communication sector, he was able to develop this sector to international standards and he designed and implemented over thirty projects on developing the aimags and local areas. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that it was as a result of his labor that the present day cell phones, internet, and bank interactions have reached their present day level.
The Kazakh people have lived in harmony since ancient times and the mother is well respected. Uzben guai didn’t conceal his worry about the increase of various nude pictures and things that have a negative social impact, found on the internet and in the press in recent times and that young people are taken with all of this.
The most important thing is not to let the democracy slide towards anarchism. Democracy is a sacred thing cherished by humanity. We have to preserve the essence of democracy. To have democracy means to have everything in order and it means everything has a principle. If there are shouts from here and there while having a meeting, it means anarchism. Therefore, we shouldn’t let the democracy which is prospering in Mongolia go the wrong way and try not let it turn into anarchism. Japan has many millions of people and they are highly educated and cultured. Genuine democracy is only there. We have to build it in our own country.
